At Home Front Dental Petawawa, we offer a variety of services to care for your oral health. If you have any questions or would like more information on how we can care for your teeth and mouth, please contact us today.

Financial Policy

Effective January 15, 2024, Our office will no longer take direct payment from private dental insurance providers. Patients will be responsible to pay 100% of treatment fees at the time of service, and your dental insurance company will be reimbursing YOU directly, NOT Home Front Dental Petawawa.

To ensure that you will be reimbursed as expected, we recommend that you contact your insurance provider to confirm eligibility as per your plan, as well as to determine the exact specifics of your coverage. Patients can find more detailed information here.

As a customer service feature for our patients, we will continue to submit your claim electronically, where possible, for the policy holder to receive reimbursement. If electronic submission is not possible, we will provide you a completed claim form that you can submit to your dental insurance provider.

If you have any concerns or questions about this update to our financial policy, we invite you to speak with our Practice Manager.
